Quannt Inc is the sole data controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the Website. Although Quannt Inc is a US company, this Policy is drafted to reflect widely-recognised data protection principles (including those under the GDPR) so that it applies consistently to visitors regardless of location.

At this stage, the Website is a marketing and informational website. We only collect limited Personal Data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our Website, specifically:

- Internal team collaboration platform — Microsoft Teams, where contact form submissions are delivered directly to our internal team. We do not use a separate third-party email service provider or CRM to process form submissions.
- Analytics provider — Google Analytics (GA4), for website traffic analysis
We do not sell your Personal Data to any third party, and we do not use any advertising, retargeting, or marketing pixel tools on the Website.
5. International Data Transfers
Quannt Inc is based in the United States, and our service providers (Vercel, Google) may process data in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence.
